Instructional Quality Subcommittee

Purpose, goals, and desired outcomes:

  • To support the charge to the Professional Development Committee by identifying the needs of ÍæÅ¼½ã½ã instructors in preparing to deliver ÍæÅ¼½ã½ã courses.

Deliverable(s):

  • Promoting ÍæÅ¼½ã½ã members as a collaborative resource, providing input on curriculum structure, learning objectives, content development, instructional design, and course delivery methods.
  • Review course proposals upon request of the PD Committee, recommend topics for development, and evaluate the effectiveness of existing programs to ensure continued relevance and value.

Duration:
One year, no term limits.  

Time commitment:
Monthly subcommittee calls (1 hour)

Eligibility:
ÍæÅ¼½ã½ã member in good standing.

Requirements:
Familiarity with instructing ÍæÅ¼½ã½ã courses and course offerings. CCM preferred.

Committee/task force make up:
One Subcommittee Chair with a total of five members, supported by a Staff Liaison.

Resources available to complete the project or task:
Staff Liaison will work closely with committee members to provide any support needed.
