We’ll start by exploring the characteristics that can make a client "difficult" and discuss the nuanced difference between their needs and wants. As a construction manager, understanding your role in the client relationship is pivotal, and we'll provide insights on setting and managing clear objectives. We'll also delve into techniques for nurturing and growing the client relationship, ensuring longevity and trust. Recognizing when a relationship is no longer beneficial is essential.
